By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
Products
All products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, shape, or scent. This does not constitute a fault.
Our products are for external use only. Please read all ingredients carefully before use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. A patch test is recommended before use.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept payment via the methods available on our website.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Pre-Orders
Products clearly marked as pre-order may be purchased before they are ready for immediate dispatch. Payment, including any applicable delivery charges, is taken in full when the order is placed.
The estimated dispatch timeframe shown on each product page takes priority over general estimates. Dispatch estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Supplier, ingredient or manufacturing delays may affect dispatch; if a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated estimate and explain your available options.
If your order includes any pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are ready for dispatch. We do not normally split orders. Where there are multiple pre-order items, the longest applicable processing time will normally apply. Delivery transit times are additional to processing times.
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. You may request cancellation before dispatch, subject to the nature of the goods and applicable UK law. Made-to-order goods are not automatically exempt from statutory cancellation rights. Any exception for genuinely personalised or custom-made goods is assessed separately. Refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
